1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or join our programs. Our programs are for adults.

2. Our offers

• The Freedom Calculator: a free online tool. It gives estimates based on the numbers you enter. It is educational, not financial advice.
• The High Impact Method: a self-paced digital course sold for a one-time payment, with lifetime access for as long as we offer the course.
• Impact Club: a paid membership with live group coaching, monthly room calls, recordings and a private online community, billed monthly or annually.
• The Impact Club Open House: free access to the Impact Club community and live calls during the published Open House dates.
• 1:1 Coaching: private coaching available to Impact Club members by application, under a separate written agreement.

Prices, schedules and what is included are listed on each offer's page at the time you buy. We may update our offers, call schedules, content and guest speakers over time.

3. Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the price shown, plus any applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

• The High Impact Method and other digital products: all sales are final. Because you receive instant access to digital content, we do not offer refunds.
• Impact Club monthly membership: you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops your next renewal. Payments already made are non-refundable, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for.
• Impact Club annual membership: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original annual purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops your next annual renewal, and you keep access until the end of your paid year.
• 1:1 Coaching: refund terms are set out in your coaching agreement.

5. Memberships, renewals and cancellation

Impact Club renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at your current rate until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected] before your renewal date.

6. Founding rates

Founding rates offered during the November 2026 Open House are locked for as long as your membership stays active without a break. If you cancel, or a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, your founding rate ends, and rejoining is at the current price.

7. The Open House

The Impact Club Open House runs from November 1 to November 30, 2026. Open House access is free and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59pm ET for anyone who has not purchased a membership. Joining during the Open House starts your paid membership and billing on the day you join.

8. Live calls, recordings and the community

• Live calls are recorded and shared with members in the replay library. By joining a call, you agree to being recorded. You can keep your camera off and use the chat at any time.
• Recordings and community content are for members only. Do not record, download, share or distribute calls, materials or other members' posts.
• What members share in calls and the community is confidential. Do not share another member's story, business details or personal information outside the community.
• Treat others with respect. We may remove anyone, without a refund, who harasses others, spams, recruits members into other programs, or breaks these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on this site and in our programs, including videos, workbooks, frameworks (including The High Impact Method and the C.O.R.E. framework), templates, the Freedom Calculator, text, graphics and logos, belongs to High Impact Mindset, LLC or is used with permission. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business and life. You may not copy, resell, share, teach or create products from them.

10. Coaching is not therapy or professional advice

Our coaching and content are educational. They are not medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and they do not create a therapist-client or advisor-client relationship. Please talk with a qualified professional about your specific situation. See our Disclaimer for more.

11. Your results

Your results depend on your effort, experience, finances and circumstances. We make no promise that you will earn money, leave your job or reach any specific result. See our Disclaimer.

12. Third-party tools and links

We use third-party platforms to deliver our offers (for example, our community platform, video calls, email and payments). Their terms also apply when you use them. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, High Impact Mindset, LLC and Carissa Hetrick are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our offers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless High Impact Mindset, LLC and Carissa Hetrick from any claims arising from your use of our materials, your business decisions or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or our offers after an update means you accept the new Terms.
