1. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your answers on forms (for example, "Where are you right now?" or your coaching application) and any messages you send us.
• Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Automatic information: your device and browser type, pages you visit, the page you came from, and campaign tags in links (for example, utm_source), collected with cookies and similar tools.
• The Freedom Calculator: the numbers you type in are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. When you sign up, we receive your name, email and whether you want The Impact Brief. When you reach your results, we also receive your headline results (your Freedom Number, Thrive Number, take-home need, OOO date, runway, ramp and client math) so we can email them to you and follow up. Your itemized expenses stay in your browser.

2. How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: the calculator, downloads, courses, memberships, call links and replays.
• To send emails you signed up for, such as The Impact Brief and Open House emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To process payments, manage memberships and answer your questions.
• To understand what is working on our site and improve it.
• To show our ads to people who visited our site, if you allow advertising cookies.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and email platform, community and course platform, payment processor, video call platform, website host and analytics and advertising tools (for example, Google and Meta). They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for site function, analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well.

5. Text messages

If we offer text messages, we will only text you if you opt in. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a subscriber or customer and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
